Located in the exclusive South of Fifth Street district in Miami Beach, Louver House is a 12–unit luxury residential project which is characterized by its overall airy and organic architecture. Printed brochure’s cover was blind embossed to mimic the geometric louver pattern of the building’s façade; binding was smyth sewn to emphasize hand-made craftsmanship.
