This iconic South Beach hotel reached out to us to develop a piece that would target specifically prospective
Raleigh Hotel investors. The piece was aimed at communicating the core values of the brand  including past history and future developments.  The color palette is reminiscent of the Art Deco era, time at which the hotel was built. The book was divided in five categories distinguishable through an easily identifiable color scheme.
